All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (except ready-to-ship items).Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping is handled via EMS (international express service).

Delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 weeks after shipment, but may vary depending on your location and customs delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
